Product Details

A good basic Terra Cotta Clay – suits all earthenware and Midfire 1200 glazes.
Fired colour varies from red terra cotta to deep red brown with some fine natural grog. Over 1200 will become browner.

Firing range: 1060-1200°C

% Shrinkage wet to dry: 6.9
% Shrinkage wet to fired: 10.3@1080°C 12.6@1200°C
Vitreous Temperature: >1300 �?°C Orton Cone10
Fired colour (oxidation): Straw to deep red brown at 1200
